Our client, a prestigious law firm in the UK, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to enhance their team in Leeds, specializing in Housing Management and Property Litigation.

This firm boasts one of the largest Property teams in England & Wales, representing over 100 Registered Providers and offering comprehensive guidance on housing management and property litigation matters. Their clientele includes private organizations, landowners, investors, developers, charities, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Solicitors and Fee-Earners in managing case files efficiently.
  2. Prepare trial bundles for court proceedings.
  3. Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements for submission to the County Court.
  4. Communicate with the Court prior to trial dates.
  5. Attend court sessions to assist Barristers as needed.
  6. Conduct site visits occasionally.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with registered providers and private landlords.
  2. Proven background in Property Litigation.
  3. Degree qualified (LLB, minimum 2:2); LPC qualification is advantageous.
  4. Proficient in drafting legal documents.
  5. Confident and assertive in interactions with individuals at all levels.
