About the TeamThe GTM Strategy & Programs team transforms bold strategic ideas into scalable go-to-market initiatives. Sitting at the heart of Miros commercial operating model we partner across Product Marketing Sales and CX to define strategy align stakeholders and orchestrate high-impact programs that shape how Miro brings (new) products and solutions to market at best.About the RoleAs Director of GTM Strategy & Programs you will drive the vision design and execution of Miros go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions. Youll lead cross-functional change to ensure the field is equipped to adopt new motions and deliver impact at scale. This role requires a blend of strategic vision strong program leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Miro. You will act as both a thought partner as well as driving execution.
