In this role you will be working in a new function inside the CRO organisation, developing our GTM Strategy on a global basis. You’ll be working closely alongside cross functional teams and executives to develop and deliver our strategy, and be part of forming a new function. This role reports to the Head of GTM Strategy.

**Key focus areas**:

- Support the process to create & drive GTM strategy
- Working with cross-functional teams including E-Staff
- Clarity in roles & responsibilities of everyone involved in GTM
- Ensuring appropriate enablement, tools & resources to do the job
- Clear articulation of strategy from all functions in GTM

**Success Criteria**:

- Delivery of cross functional projects against GTM strategy
- Achievement of identified objectives from GTM initiatives

**Responsibilities**:

- Support project delivery across Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership across sales, marketing, business development, operations, product and finance
- Project manage specific programs within the overall plan to execute against GTM initiatives cross functionally
- Schedule and manage communication plan required to execute against GTM initiatives
- Facilitate alignment to workstreams focused on company & technology strategy
- Work with Sales Ops to ensure GTM leadership has required set of data & reports
- Organize marketing program integration with GTM initiatives to align to sales plays
- Work with Sales Ops to ensure alignment with process improvements related to GTM initiatives
- Support & facilitate sales leadership community Project manage Exec Sponsor program

**Preferred Experience/Qualifications**:

- Min 5 years experience in project management and coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving experience (corporate strategy, sales/business operations, GTM strategy, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly quantitative with demonstrated ability conducting data analysis
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to navigate and coordinate resources across different functions
- Time consciousness, diligence and able to take initiative
