Leveraging our in-house software and your expertise youll cultivate strong relationships negotiate lucrative contracts and strategically grow influencer careers.What Youll Do:Talent Representation:Represent support and strategically guide a roster of provided influencers helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content.Brand Partnerships:Secure and negotiate high-value deals with brands agencies and record labels creating successful campaigns for your talent roster.Relationship Building:Maintain constant communication with influencers and brands to ensure successful collaborations.Strategic Growth:Develop targeted strategies alongside our internal teams to expand influencer reach increase engagement and drive revenue growth.Autonomous & Flexible Work:Work independently in a fully remote flexible environment driving your own success.Youll Thrive if You: Have a minimum of 3 years experience in influencer marketing talent management talent representation or relevant sales roles. Understand platforms like TikTok Instagram YouTube Twitch and Kick. Excel at relationship-building and possess strong negotiation skills. Are proactive driven and comfortable working autonomously. Combine hustle and patienceable to close deals quickly and nurture long-term relationships.
