As our Housing and Property Guru youll focus on tenancy support for our customers ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service youll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure long-term accommodationWhats in it for you34 days leave pro-rated (including bank holidays and a me day)Paid time off for volunteeringMatchingPension contributions (up to 7% with life assurance of 3x Basic Salary)Save up to 1140 yearly with our health cash plan covering dental optical and therapiesCareer path with development and an excellent training packageExcellent benefits and rewards including supermarket discounts and travel expensesWhat youll doWe work with customers with a range of complex needs: Complex mental health duel diagnosis substances misuse LD and Autism.Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.Help our customers with housing benefit claims making sure that these are received on their rent account.Where there is a need youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy youll turn around vacant or void rooms / bed spaces / properties within set timescales.Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better Youll do that here working for one of the top ten Great Place to Work in the UKYou haveExperience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management dutiesKnow-how of re-letting of rooms or units collecting rents and taking formal tenancy action when needed.Able to take on a lead role within the team offering guidance and support to your colleaguesThe ability to work on your own initiative positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.Confident working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners Stronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves.
