As a M365 Messaging Engineer you will be responsible for:


  • Responsible to Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Exchange Online services to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the migration of messaging services to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption and data integrity.
  • To provide expert administration of MS Exchange Online and MS Exchange environments to maintain seamless communication.
  • Responsible to Implement and manage M365 Messaging services to enhance organizational communication capabilities.
  • Develop and execute strategies for messaging migration, ensuring a smooth transition and user satisfaction.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot messaging services to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate messaging services with other enterprise applications. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in messaging services.
  • To provide technical support and guidance to users and IT staff regarding messaging services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for messaging services, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in messaging technologies and recommend improvements.
  • To Conduct regular audits and assessments of messaging services to identify and address potential issues.
  • Contribute to the companys digital transformation by enhancing messaging infrastructure and capabilities.



To apply for this M365 Messaging Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include


  • Possess extensive experience in MS Exchange Online Administration, ensuring efficient management and operation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Exchange Admin, providing expert-level support and troubleshooting.
  • Have a strong background in M365 Messaging, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
  • Experience in M365 Messaging Migration, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions.
  • Skilled in designing and implementing messaging services, contributing to robust and reliable communication infrastructure.
  • Knowledge on AAD & AD domain controllers, Group policy, SG Groups and DG etc
  • Familiar with Azure AD, Intune Company Portal , Office 365 Portal and Identity and Access
  • VVIP Support & White Glove Support
  • Experience with troubleshooting MS Outlook, One Note and One Drive
  • Device life cycle Management – OS build, , Auto Pilot ,Mimecast and SSO


Nice to have Skills :

  • Experience in Deskside queue management
  • Knowledge of Service Management Tools – Service Now
  • Exposure to Change, Incident and Problem Management
