Due to increasing workload and continued business growth, we are looking to expand our friendly, supportive team with a motivatedSales & Operations Administrator. This role plays an important part in helping our purchasing and finance functionsoperateefficiently while contributing to wider business process improvements. Role Overview This is a varied and fast-paced administrative role supporting both the sales/operations side of the business and the purchasing/finance team. You willbe responsible foraccurateprocessing of finance documentation,maintainingstock andpurchasingrecords, and ensuring smooth administrative operations across the company. Itsan excellent opportunity for someone with strong IT skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive attitude who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Process finance ledger entries and supplier/customer invoices accurately.Assistthe purchasing team with raising purchase orders, coordinating supplier communication, and monitoring order progress.Support stock control activities, including updating stock records, checking stock levels, andmaintainingaccuratedata in the system.Maintain and organise records, documents, and administrative files to ensure they areaccurateand up to date.Support internal teams with general administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Assistwith the preparation of reports and documentation for finance,purchasing, and operational use.Work closely with colleagues across the business to support continuous process improvement initiatives.Provide administrative support to the sales and customer support teams whenrequired.Required Skills & Experience: Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and business/ERP systems.Excellent attention to detail with the ability tomaintainaccuracy across a variety of tasks.Previousexperience in an administrative, finance admin,purchasingadmin, or operations support role (manufacturing/engineering experience is an advantage but not essential).Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Good communicationskills, both written and verbal.A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support different areas of the business.What We Offer: Competitive salary of £26,500£28,000 per year / £13.45 per hourFull-time, office-based role within a friendly, supportive teamOpportunity to grow and develop within an expanding precision engineering companyA varied role supporting multiple business functionsFree onsite parkingWorkplace pension schemeHow to Apply Ifyourean organised and detail-driven administrator looking to join a growing and welcoming precision engineering business,wedlove to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
