  • Maintain, develop and coordinate initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement.
  • Coordinate internal communication efforts to ensure employees are informed, engaged and aligned with company goals.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as intranets, emails etc.
  • Support the organisation in person, at Awards Events for approximately 150 people in March 2025.
  • Manage monthly business briefs including agenda items, presenter preparation and presentation material.
  • Collaborate with HR, leaderships and other departments to support engagement activities.
As the Internal Engagement Officer, you will have the following skills/experience;
  • Previous experience working within a similar role, preferably internal communications or HR.
  • Knowledge of using communication platforms and tools e.g. intranet systems, email marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Additional Information
  • Occasional travel maybe required to attend off-site events.
