The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, have strong analytical skills and be able to produce and present clear, concise, commercial analysis and recommendations to non-finance personnel. This role would best suit someone that thrives in operating in a fast paced, dynamic environment.


About the Role:

  • Provide commercial insight to Trading Director
  • Analyse financial and trading data across all channels to inform decision making.
  • Deep dive analysis into store, online and concession performance and profitability to identify opportunities to deliver commercial growth.
  • Analysis of channel and product performance against targets for sales, promotions, margin.
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations for performance improvements to maximise opportunities and to highlight any risks to targets.
  • Assist to build the budget and keep the forecast revised while in the yea.


About You:

  • Solid commercial and Business Partnering experience
  • Retail experience (essential)
  • Leadership partnering experience (ideally has worked in a multi-disciplinary team)
  • Excellent analytical & excel modelling skills
  • Proven track record of Business Partnering and working across different departments to gain information and influence stakeholders
  • Agile, fast-paced, pro-active, inquisitive
  • Self starter who can work independently
  • Use of Oracle and Power BI experience to analyse data desirable


Working Pattern:

  • Hybrid - 2 days per week in the London Office
  • Salary: £80k-£85k depending on experience
