HR Administrative Assistant
- Location: Nelson
- Job Type: Temporary Part-Time 24-29 hours per week hours / days can be flexible (3-month contract could go permanent)
- Salary: £24,000 pro rata
We are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to provide efficient and continuously improving administrative and clerical support to our HR Admin team. This temporary role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering high-quality administrative support.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Process all transactional HR processes for clients, including recruitment, starters, leavers, variations, contracts, and time management systems.
- Provide support for the Service and clients as required, including, handling post, and service cover.
- Undertake various HR administrative duties as required by the client, including advertising, financial administration, updating budgets, and maintenance of computerised systems.
- Input absence management data accurately and efficiently.
- Support the administration of the DBS process for clients.
- Update client Health and Safety records to ensure accurate reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Proficiency in various computer systems, including Microsoft packages and other computerised systems.
- Previous experience of HR administration is advantageous but not essential.
