Your new role (Hybrid 2 days on site in Warwick)As an Oracle HCM Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for the maintenance and support of ESR (Electronic Staff Records). This is a functional role predominantly, with some technical aspects. You will communicate with end users, understand their issues, prioritise issues for resolution and address the issues raised.
