Cluster Revenue Analyst

Clustered Hotels: Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars and Hyatt Regency London The Churchill

Job location: Hyatt Regency London The Churchill (near Marble Arch)

Reporting to: Cluster Revenue Manager

Duties and tasks related to the Cluster Revenue Analystrole include

  • Provide detailed analysis to support the Cluster Revenue Manager in developing competitive and effective pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.

  • Assist with the implementation of the hotels sales strategy by managing and coordinating pricing recommendations across multiple booking channels, including direct, third-party, and corporate segments.

  • Regularly analyze the performance of deployed revenue strategies and tactics, identifying trends, and recommending adjustments to optimize outcomes.

  • Monitor and evaluate key distribution channels, ensuring optimal marketing exposure and revenue generation across platforms like OTAs, brand.com, and GDS.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of recent trends across all revenue streams to assist the Cluster Revenue Manager in revenue forecasting and budgeting.

  • Leverage business intelligence tools and gather market insights to support revenue strategies and ensure the hotel remains competitive within the market.

  • Create and maintain reports on key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy, offering actionable insights and forecasts for upcoming business periods.

  • Support ad hoc revenue projects, including revenue maximization initiatives, pricing experiments, and cross-property rate harmonization efforts within the cluster.

About you

You are a data-driven, analytical professional with a strong focus on maximizing hotel revenue and market performance. Ideally, you bring experience in a hotel front office or reservations department, along with familiarity with revenue management systems like IDeaS. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential to succeed in this role.

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars, a Grade II-listed five-star hotel near Blackfriars station, offers 205 rooms, 4 meeting spaces, and 2 restaurants. Close to St. Pauls and South Bank, its rich in history on King Henry VIII's former palace grounds.Hyatt Regency London The Churchill in Marylebones West End provides 440 rooms and 11 meeting spaces.
