Our client, based in London, is a global impact investor, focused on Series A + B and growth investments in technology, biotechnology and food solutions and it occupies a relatively unique space in a broadly crowded venture world.


Responsibilities

With a long and proven track record, our client is now seeking a VP/Principal to join their investment team. This is a pivotal role in the firm, with equal importance based on the origination of investment opportunities, deal crafting and execution, working with and supporting management teams and ultimately achieving success for you and your team, your portfolio companies and your investors.


Skills

We are seeking candidates with between five and nine years of investment experience in venture and growth capital. Relevant sector experience could include technology, software, biotechnology and food and agriculture technology and candidates should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in impact/ESG investing, even if you’ve not been directly involved in that to date.


This VP/Principal role has a clear pathway to a senior position within the firm over time and the opportunity to play a key part in all aspects of the business, both internally and also in the wider investment community.
