This requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Additionally, the role entails working with external agencies to arrange training courses, performing tasks within the training management system, and addressing L&D-related inquiries. Collaboration with other departments is essential for running training courses. The role also includes administering designated training courses, supporting apprenticeship schemes, managing the security refresher training process, and supporting ad-hoc learning events across all the sites based in the UK.
