As a Guest Sales Team Leader, you will be a crucial link between our guests and the business. This role demands excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the short-term rental market, and experience with major OTA platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the guest sales team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with potential guests via email, online chat, and phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Showcase the unique features and benefits of our properties to potential guests.
  • Build strong relationships by actively listening to guests' needs and preferences.
  • Nurture leads and convert enquiries into bookings through proactive follow-ups.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to assist guests in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage information and communication flows in both our back office system and those of our OTA partners. 
  • Ensure precise data entry in our systems to maintain streamlined operations.
  • Exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Proven experience in sales within the short-term rental sector.
  • Experience working with OTA back-office systems (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.).
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to accommodate guest inquiries during weekends and evenings.
