Verification Lead

We've partnered with an exciting start-up that has just secured a historically large funding round and is looking at commercialisation in the short-medium term.
Their product utilises FPGAs and photonics to improve data centres.
They're looking to bring on a Verification Lead to develop their verification architecture, but the successful candidate will not necessarily need leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop verification infrastructure and test cases, coordinating with design teams and external partners.
- Define and document verification strategies and architectures.
- Manage and monitor functional and code coverage metrics.
- Handle debugging, issue resolution, and maintenance of quality tracking dashboards and automated regression tests.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in industry-standard verification methodologies, including proficiency with SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Solid experience with interfaces and protocols such as PCIe, CXL, RDMA, DDR4, and Ethernet.
- Strong understanding of mixed hardware/software verification approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with design teams to meet objectives.
