Fund Operations Administrator

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in a growing organisation? We’re looking for a Fund Administrator to join our Manchester team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with transferable administrative skills, to gain hands-on experience and work directly with senior members across the fund team as well as the wider business.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in general fund operations, maintaining our in-house Fund Management and CRM System. Your contributions will be highly valued, and there’s plenty of room for growth, recognition, and progression.
More about the role:
- Keeping our in-house Fund Management System updated daily, ensuring accuracy and closing any data gaps in collaboration with Central Teams.
- Setting up and managing Virtual Data Rooms, working closely with Portfolio Management and Fundraising teams.
- Partnering with internal teams (Portfolio Management, Legal, Tax, Investment, and Fund Operations) to raise utilisation requests in line with internal processes.
- Maintaining and updating fund structure charts as changes occur.
- Participating in ad hoc projects to improve efficiency and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services Administration (Banking, Accountancy, or Fund Management).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with SQL is a bonus.
- A keen willingness to learn, innovate, and adapt to new challenges.
