As the Assistant Visitor Experience Manager, you'll assist the Senior Visitor Experience Manager with the smooth operation of the Visitor Centre, ensuring that all tours and activities are sufficiently staffed with Chelsea Pensioners and Volunteers. You'll also respond to visitor feedback and handle any complaints efficiently and effectively. Please note, a Royal Hospital Chelsea Duty Officer will always be on-site and have overall responsibility.
