About the Role

As our Ecommerce Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Driving online sales and identifying growth opportunities
  • Enhancing the customer journey and improving user experience
  • Collaborating with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and Head of Digital to develop and implement a growth plan
  • Working closely with the design and brand teams to ensure a consistent on-brand experience
  • Innovating new website features to meet business needs and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints


Your Skills

  • Proactive, organised, and a natural problem-solver.
  • Experienced with Shopify and analytics tools like GA4, Klevu, and HotJar.
  • Excellent communicator with strong time management skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding SEO best practices.
