About the RolenAs our Ecommerce Manager, your main responsibilities will include:nDriving online sales and identifying growth opportunitiesnEnhancing the customer journey and improving user experiencenCollaborating with the Senior Ecommerce Manager and Head of Digital to develop and implement a growth plannWorking closely with the design and brand teams to ensure a consistent on-brand experiencenInnovating new website features to meet business needs and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints
Your SkillsnProactive, organised, and a natural problem-solver.nExperienced with Shopify and analytics tools like GA4, Klevu, and HotJar.nExcellent communicator with strong time management skills.nPassionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding SEO best practices.
