If you have some experience in technical writing, this role offers the chance to develop your expertise and make a real impact.What You’ll Be DoingAs part of the Technical Services team, you’ll be involved in:Technical Administration: Managing inboxes, validating customer accounts, updating support cases, and helping users access technical documents.Document Migration & Editing: Assisting in the migration of technical publications, editing documents using tools like PTC Arbortext and Adobe FrameMaker, and updating illustrations in IsoDraw.Technical Authoring: Supporting the creation and maintenance of aerospace documentation in line with industry standards.You’ll receive guidance and training to help you succeed, while contributing to real-world projects that support mission-critical operations.What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn, organised, and has a keen eye for detail.
