The Role

As a SAP Retail PMR Promotions Functional Consultant, your primary role will be partnering with our business customers for Retail workstream and Perform configuration, support and testing activities in SAP Retail Promotions area


Key responsibilities:

  • Perform configuration, support and testing activities in SAP Retail Promotions area
  • Partner with key stakeholders to derived the E2E test scenarios for Retail workstream
  • Act as liaison with client, product vendor and QA team to successfully convert the BPD into E2E test scenario
  • Works closely with the client IT organization and client Process Owners to ensure system and process integrity of the Template and to drive adherence to the template - ensuring that only critical requirements are approved.
  • Effective in managing testing issues within a program with appropriate stakeholders where there is an SAP Retail PMR involvement.
  • Flexible with the ability to and work under pressure.
  • Responsible for Leading and directing the QA Delivery team for SAP Retail PMR
  • Focus on continuous QA improvements including usage of appropriate testing tools, test techniques, test automation
  • Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
  • Work with QA managers, Development managers, Factory Team and the Program Director to successfully execute the SAP Retail PMR module of the program


Your Profile

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

  • SAP Consultant with experience in SAP Retail PMR- Promotion Management for Retail
  • Preferably with two or more full life implementations.
  • Experience and configuration knowledge in SAP PMR Promotions
  • Experience and responsibility for gathering requirements, configuring the system, testing, training and supporting the project go-live and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
