Our internship program involves working with our consulting pre-sales and consulting delivery teams.The pre-sales Solution Architecture & Business Architecture team supports our services sales team by understanding customer requirements and scoping service proposals to show how we can meet & exceed those customer requirements.You will also spend time within our consulting delivery organisation either in Project Leadership or the Architecture Data & Activation team. The Project Leadership team is responsible for delivering successful projects to our clients by managing timelines budgets and project milestones to achieve successful outcomes for both the customer and Adobe.In the Architecture Data & Activation team consultants have a range of different skills covering solution expertise and delivery for Adobe Experience Platform & application services (Real-Time Customer Data Platform Customer Journey Analytics) as well as associated technologies including Adobe Analytics Target Web SDK Mobile SDK & Adobe Launch.What You Will Do Lead long-term meaningful initiatives that support & showcase the work of our consultants.Collaborate with consultants to create success stories that tell the value of our work on customer projectsDrive knowledge-sharing best practices through our EMEA communitiesRun analysis on the data behind our projects to show patterns and opportunitiesReceive training on Adobe productsShadow senior consultants working with enterprise level customers using our newest technologiesWhat you need to succeedA proactive approach to workAn ability to adapt to different challengesEagerness to learn about digital marketing & a curiosity about technologyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with most common web & mobile technologiesWhat to expect from the recruitment process:Our selection process typically consists of the stagesas follows.Pre-Recorded Video Interview -A brief 10-minute video submissionSoft Skills Interview -A competency-based interview.Adobe is proud to be anEqual Employment Opportunityemployer.
