Strategists, designers, and makers working together to bring ideas to life with imagination and precision.They are looking for an Account Director to help shape their next chapter of growth.The RoleYou will become a trusted partner to some of the studio's most significant global clients. You will guide relationships, translate ambition into clear strategy, and bring together creative and operational teams to deliver work that is impactful, culturally relevant, and beautifully crafted.You will lead projects that push boundaries, from immersive retail experiences to large scale activations, ensuring every brief reaches its full creative and commercial potential.You will also play a key role in the studio's growth. Spotting opportunities, nurturing relationships, and helping secure new partnerships that align with the studio's values and creative direction.What You Will DoLead and nurture client relationships, building trust and long term valueAct as a strategic advisor, turning objectives into clear, actionable briefsCollaborate closely with project managers and creative teams to deliver best in class workOversee account performance, ensuring budgets, timelines, and delivery are well managedDevelop proposals and pitch materials that showcase the studio's capabilitiesSupport leadership in identifying and securing new business opportunitiesBring clarity, insight, and motivation to internal teamsWhat You Will BringFive or more years of experience in account management or client services within a design, experiential, or creative agencyProven experience managing major accounts in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle sectorsStrong relationship building skills with high emotional intelligenceConfident communication skills, both written and verbalStrategic thinking with the ability to balance creative ambition and commercial needsDesign literate, culturally attuned, and passionate about creativityOrganised, proactive, and calm in fast paced environmentsBased in London with full right to work in the UKBonus SkillsExperience in retail or experience designAdditional languages, ideally French, Italian, or MandarinRight to WorkThis role is only open to candidates who currently hold the right to work in the UK.
