We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join this award-winning branding and packaging agency in London. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented Account Director with a branding background to play an important role in project delivery forsome really exciting fmcg brands, both national and international.
**What you’ll be doing**:

- As Account Director you will be managing client accounts and taking appropriate and timely action to ensure expected outcomes are met.
- Taking the lead on a wide variety of branding and packaging projects, writing briefs, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
- Leading a team of Account Managers, developing and coaching them to excel in their roles.
- Building and nurturing key client relationships, as well as leading new business pitches and establishing relationships with potential clients.

**What experience you’ll need**:

- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Account Manager or Account Director within a marketing agency setting, with experience briefing creative and manging packaging and branding projects.
- Proven commercial and strategic skills to ensure client accounts are managed successfully, and opportunities are maximised.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously whilst developing a team and questioning and challenging when needed.
