Your Role:

As Senior HR Manager, you will lead and mentor a dedicated team of 10 HR professionals, driving initiatives that support our global mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership & Development: Guide and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • HR Strategy: Implement and refine HR strategies that align with our global business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
