The Electrical Store Person will be responsible for conducting all administration with regards to purchasing ordering processing for payment and vendor compliance.They will also be responsible for the receipt storage and distribution of goods in accordance with company standards as well as general maintenance and good housekeeping of the store. Other duties include:Take in and check all deliveries in line with /bi weekly/monthly orders and reconcile. Confirm goods received are stored in accordance with company standards and highlight and note any variances.Check quantities and inspect items. Arrange drop off points for goods on site. Store or distribute goods to sites as required. Ensure that all relevant personnel are notified of delivers and location of stores Liaise with colleagues and suppliers on issues of product quantity or quality and take measures to reduce the level of redundant stock. Perform relevant ad-hoc cleaning duties. Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required. Load out the sites as required. Open store before site staff arrive each day. Qualifications : Previous experience of working on a busy construction site.Excellent attention to detail communication and organisational skills.Strong IT skills using Word Excel Outlook and Stores SystemAbility to build rapport with colleagues and other teamsAbility to use initiativeAdditional Information : Having an inclusive and flexible culture helps the business continue to grow as a strong dynamic and innovative organisation.As well as being supported and encouraged to develop your career here at King and Moffatt we also offer the following:Competitive salaryProfessional Development support Employee Assistance Program Health and Wellness programs At King and Moffatt we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion to drive innovation creativity and success.
