We are currently seeking an exceptional and accomplished Head Chef to lead our Culinary team within The Strathearn Restaurant.The Strathearn is the beating heart of fine dining at Gleneagles a glamorous celebration of Scotlands rich culinary heritage. Our guests are treated to classic Scottish dishes reimagined with French flair carved flambéed or finished at the table for a true sense of occasion.
