Fixed Term 1 year contractAbout the RoleKeir Hardie Primary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate experienced and qualified Family Support Worker to join our team.The successful candidate will support the development of families capacity resilience and independence helping parents to build strong positive relationships and access the right support at the right time. You will provide direct support to families through outreach home visits and group work within the ethos and vision of Keir Hardie Primary School and the wider Childrens Centre framework. You will need to be very flexible have an enthusiastic approach and be able to work collaboratively and sensitively across our neighbourhood. You will be professional at all times with a particular awareness of confidentiality.Good communication skills excellent recordkeeping and teamwork are essential.This position will be based at Keir Hardie Childrens Centre.
