Children's Team Leader Role We are currently recruiting for a Children's Team Leader for a service that providing admin, support and care to children and young adults using the children's servicesMUST HAVE FULL UK DRIVING LICENSEWould this be of interest at all? What is expected of you?* Be responsible for the child or young person whilst they are in your care whilst in the home or community.* Work according to the charities guidelines and policies.* Ensure safeguarding measures are implemented at all times.* Completion of supervisions/performance reviews then required.* Play an active role in staff meetings and discussions.* Carry out admin duties ensuring that Care Plans on Nourish for the children and young people are completed correctly.* Work within medication guidelines using the corrections interventions and strategies.This is part of the duties required to be carried out within the role.
