Description

As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Processing invoices and expense forms.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports.
  • Maintaining an organised and streamlined accounting system.
  • Providing general support to the accounting and finance department.
  • Assisting in year-end procedures.
  • Performing bank reconciliations.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of the accounting and finance department.

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Aptitude for numerical data and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • An ability to work well within a team.
