THIS IS A REMOTE ROLEKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver Introduction Modules and Professional development modules to all apprentices.Provide coaching, tutoring and mentoring support in Fire Safety on a one to one.Develop tailored training/workshops and adopt a more personalised approach for individuals requiring more support.Identify learners’ strengths and weaknesses through analysing initial assessments of prior learning and create the training plan accordingly.Provide progress feedback to learners and provide support to ensure they meet their learning goals/targets.Ensure each learner's progression is recorded and monitored efficiently.Support learners to collate and prepare for End Point Assessment.Plan and Lead the standardisation programme for all our clients Mentors.Participate in the development, advancement and promotion of our clients profileMaintain professional competency as identified in the our clients staff CPD Policy.In addition to performing the above, any other reasonable activity necessary to ensure the smooth running of the Company.ROLE REQUIREMENTSTo hold relevant subject qualifications – Level 4 Diploma in Fire SafetyTo hold a recognised teaching qualification – PTLLS, Level 3 Award in Education and Training, or equivalent.Experience in supporting adult learners, desired.Demonstratable good IT skills.Experience and confidence with delivering learning remotely.Paul Feldman is the National Skills Agency Data Protection Officer.
