Project Manager - WaterMy client, a Civil Engineering contractor are currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a long-term freelance basis.This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the region’s leading contractors.The successful Project Manager will benefit from long-term work on an existing framework.Sector – WaterPosition – Project ManagerLocation – West YorkshireDuration – 12 Months+Engagement - CIS UmbrellaDuties * Plan, execute, and oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company goals * Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation * Coordinate and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and direct labour * Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards * Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any issues * Conduct regular site visits to inspect work, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met * Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and records.Your profile * Proven track record as a Project Manager within the civil engineering sector * Degree or equivalent qualification (preferred, not essential) * Prior experience delivering contracts on the current or previous AMP Framework cycles * Formal qualification preferred – e.g. HND in construction related discipline ideal * SMSTS * First Aid * CSCS
