Your expertise in J-STD or IPC 620 protocols and your hands-on experience with time-served mechanical assembly will be crucial as you:* Streamline and enhance production workflows.* Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance measures.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and reduce costs.Qualifications & Skills:1. At least five years of hands-on experience in advanced manufacturing projects, showcasing your depth of practical knowledge.2. Certification in Lean practices, preferably Green or Black Belt, demonstrating your commitment to process improvement.3. Experience of J-STD or IPC 620 protocols4. Extensive experience of working in a mechanical assembly environment It is also highly desirable if you have experience of using CAD (SolidWorks or Creo) to design fixtures for assembly.The role requires to be onsite 4 days a week.Our client values your expertise and dedication, offering competitive remuneration rates starting from £50 per hour.
