We provide tailor-made services to clients aged 18 who need support living independently at home. All profits go to the hospice supporting people with progressive illnesses.About the roleAs a Client Service Coordinator you will work collaboratively with the Care Agency office team in the ongoing development of new and current client services. You will provide direct care and support for clients and ensure the Care Planning system is up to date and accurate with client and worker information.
