We are seeking an exceptionally driven and tenacious Purchasing Coordinator to join a world-class Formula One team on a 3 - 6 month contract.This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where precision and persistence are key. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all components required for the car build are sourced, tracked, and delivered on time, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across client systems. Key Responsibilities Supplier Management:Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers providing car components. Maintain constant communication to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues proactively.Data Accuracy:Update and maintain client data systems throughout the day to reflect real-time component status. Ensure all records are accurate and compliant with internal processes.Coordination & Tracking:Monitor component schedules and escalate delays immediately. Work closely with internal teams to align on build timelines and priorities.Problem Solving:Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly to avoid production delays.Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a coordination or supply chain role within a high-pressure environment (motorsport or automotive preferred). Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers. Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong IT skills and experience with data management systems.
