We are currently seeking a Project/Contract Coordinator to join a well-established, family-rune SME based in Andover. This is a key role within the aftersales team, and involves making proactive contact with clients who have already placed purchase orders for projects. The key objective within the role is to work with clients to forecast the delivery of the items within the order. This is fundamentally to assist the customer in making sure items are delivered promptly but also to assist with the internal team in forecasting stock requirement and revenue figures.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Engage proactively with existing clients to understand the programme they are working to.
- Gaining a detailed understanding of the client’s project and stakeholders involved in the project, including.
- Project influences i.e. architects, specifiers etc.
- Decision makers within the client i.e. Quantity Survyors, Designers etc.
- External influencers i.e. interior designers, end users etc
- Others involved in the project
- Understand the products being supplied to the project.
- Identify possible threats to a current project.
- Establish yourself as the site personnel’s primary point of contact.
- Report weekly on the forecasted and scheduled revenues.

**Requirements**:

- Strong relationship building techniques.
- Good Attention to detail in understanding the project being supplied.
- Strong decision making and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work well with others and communicate within the team.
- Have a proactive outlook and willingness to make unprompted communications with customers
- Experience within the construction industry desirable

**Hours**: Mon - Friday 8.30pm - 5pm (office based)

**Benefits**:
