We have a great opportunity for an **Apprentice HR Coordinator** to join our Human Resources Team st Stannah.

Supporting a HR Business Partner and HR Advisors the Apprentice HR Coordinatorwill assist with day to day employee relations administration.

As an Apprentice HR Coordinator you will work towards an NVQ level 3 in HR Support.

This is a varied role, suited to an individual who would like to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced office environment.

If you have a desire to learn and would like to start a great career in Human Resources then this might be the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate offer letters and contracts of employment and support the new starter process
- Manage the leaver process and conduct exit interviews
- Support note taking and prepare paperwork for disciplinaries, grievances and absence reviews
- Learn about and advise on Company policies and procedures

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Good standard of basic education
