Academic Quality AdministratorSub Department Academic Quality UnitLocation St Johns CampusSalary £24,193 to £25,733 per annumPost Type Full TimeContract Type PermanentClosing Date Sunday, 23 November 2025Interview Date Thursday, 11 December 2025Reference QED2503An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join our Academic Quality Unit at the University of Worcester.The Academic Quality Unit (AQU) is a dynamic team which proactively provides compliance and standards oversight, fosters continuous improvement, and offers expert advice to maintain and enhance the Universitys academic quality to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.As an Academic Quality Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the effective delivery of the Units work, providing professional and efficient administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the teams operations.In this role, you will assist with a wide range of activities across the team. You will help organise and support meetings and events, preparing and circulating papers, maintaining records and databases, and helping to produce reports. You will liaise with colleagues across the University and external stakeholders, ensuring the smooth exchange of information and documentation. The role also involves supporting the team with financial and administrative processes such as booking travel, raising purchase orders, processing expenses, and assisting with the maintenance of internal webpages and systems.You will need to be well-organised and able to manage your workload effectively. Good IT skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally are essential, along with a positive and supportive approach to working as part of a team.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work, values accuracy and teamwork, and would like to develop their administrative career in a friendly and supportive environment.
