Are you an experienced Business Development Executive looking for your next big opportunity?Do you bring a winning personality and solid sales experience to the table?How about joining a top company that's helping UK businesses cut energy costs and achieve their sustainability goals?If this sounds like you, then this Business Development Executive role could be exactly what you're looking for—keep reading to learn moreAs a Business Development Executive your responsibilities will include:• Reporting to the Sales Manager & working in the team to book appointments• Supporting the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets• Building, nurturing and maintain relationships with customers• Outbound prospecting & building a sales pipeline (email, phone, social media)• Building strong relationships with leading UK retailers, manufacturers, and charities.• Proactively calling cold and warm prospects operating across all sectors & following up• Reaching out to new contacts and developing an understanding of their needsWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with the following skills and experience:• Ideally 2 years’ experience in a sales/business development position• Experience in the energy sector is highly preferred• Strong communication, relationship & rapport building skills• Positive, proactive and friendly personality, able to easily engage with others• Self-motivated and interested in learning and sharing knowledge• High attention to detail and able to create engaging emailsIn return, the successful Business Development Executive will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 plus benefits…• Uncapped commission – up to £10k in the first year• Annual staff day out• Christmas shut down & 2 Christmas parties• 22 days holiday plus bank holidays• Car salary sacrifice scheme• Mental health support scheme
