Were looking for a motivated Business Analyst with strong data analysis experience to support the delivery of our Investments Data Strategy and enhance our data capabilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across the Business and Technology teams to clarify the business requirements define the requirements for building data pipelines to develop our Data Platform and develop data management processes to manage the data.Work with Business and Technology teams to define problems and facilitate gathering of requirementsDocument high level and detailed requirementsCreate end-to-end business process maps and data flows (Current AS IS and Future TO BE)Convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaPerforming data analysis and gathering data/field/MI requirementsPerform data/field mapping across different systems to ensure consistency and to develop single source of dataMonitor data quality and facilitate removal of corrupt dataCommunicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirementsProvide necessary support for testing in different environmentsSupport creation of requirement documentation data dictionary data sources inventory etc.This is 12 month Fixed Term Contract role.QualificationsThe RequirementsShould have experience as Business Analyst in Financial services/ Asset management or similar industryMust have previous experience of analysing and documenting business processes and have business analysis skills to investigate analyse visualise and articulate and solve problemsMust have previous experience in data analysis data mapping and data migration projectsAble to identify and implement opportunities for optimisation and transformationGood understanding of technologies (preferably MS Office Azure Power Platform and Power BI) data analysis techniques and will be comfortable diving into some of the technology detail and analysing dataBe flexible in approach and end product to adapt to the needs of the Business and Technology teamsEnjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive both professionally and personally.
