Could you see yourself leading all Health and Safety matters at their busy flagship Bradford site, coordinating with senior stakeholders on a regular basis? This role is specifically responsible their flagship site and will lead on all Health and Safety matters. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager will include: Ensuring the site is compliant with UK legislation. Engaging with staff across the site to drive improvement within Health and Safety. Auditing Health and Safety performance, accurately reporting and investigating any incidents, accidents or near misses. Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders including senior management, operational staff and external regulators. Leading on new initiatives and always seeking opportunities to improve and develop Health and Safety performance.The successful Health and Safety Manager will have: Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with manufacturing, FMCG or heavy industrial background.
