Hays Health & Safety are working with a high-level manufacturer & maintenance provider seeking a Health & Safety professional to join their team in a pivotal role due to expansion. This is a fast-track opportunity into Health & Safety Management, with a clear succession plan in place for the right candidate.You will operate across 3 sites in West Yorkshire and will be based at their main site in Bradford and have atleast 2+ years in a specific Health & Safety role.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Health & Safetypliance across all sites, ensuring legal and ISO standards are metConduct and manage risk assessments, RAMS, and permit-to-work systemsChair monthly Health & Safety meetings with managementLiaise with external bodies (HSE, insurers, contractors)Maintain and improve thepany’s H&S Management SystemDeliver staff inductions and coordinate ongoing H&S trainingManage accident reporting, investigations, and trend analysisSupport tender submissions with H&S documentationMonitor and managepliance for electrical equipment and fleet safetyContribute to internal audits and external BSI surveillance visitsCandidate Requirements5+ years’ experience in a specific Health & Safety roleNEBOSH QualifiedStrong understanding of ISO standards and audit processesFull UK driving licence and ability to travelThis rolees with apetitive salary, dependent on the candidate's experience, alongside a genuine succession plan into Health & Safety Management within the business. #4742260 - Aaron Fothergill-Breen
