Maintain the project schedules to support the projects being delivered within Sweet. This includes projects at Tendering, Concept, Design and Development phases as well as Construction, Commissioning and Close-out phases.Work and collaborate closely with the Project Managers (PMs) and Project Engineers (PEs) in developing their project schedules and ensuring robust analysis and challenge to the project schedules.Identify project schedule risks and address them to the PM and/or PE.Schedule integration across multiple projects and developing programme and portfolio level plan.Support Project Managers with contractor claims management.Work with clients to determine and implement solutions to their schedule needs.Develop and design custom schedule reports.Provide analysis on schedule information, e.g., negative float & look-ahead reports and what-if analyses.Identify improvement opportunities pertaining to schedule issues.Proactively troubleshoot schedule issues and gaps and work to resolve issues with stakeholdersHelp with the roll-out of best practice scheduling training solutions to the PM(s) community.Implement project schedule change control/data integrity management /baselining.Data import / interface managementWork with the pre-construction team to develop a linked programme, prepare logistics and sequencing plans, scaffold schedules, temporary services schedules and temporary accommodation plans, to support the tender process.QualificationsDegree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or similarMinimum HNC or equivalent qualification in construction Experience requiredDemonstrable, relevant work experience (8 years +) in Construction PlanningExpert knowledge of MS Project and Primavera (P6)Good knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel etc.Good knowledge of SharePoint and working on live documents via online platformsGood knowledge of MEP projects and civil interfacesStrong knowledge of project management processesTrack record of working on a variety of projects including major projectsProven track record of achieving objectives and delivering value Good knowledge of Power BI and ASTA.NEC3/4 and FIDIC
