The Account Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of the global client’s consumer products programme. This role ensures smooth coordination between internal CAA teams, the client, licensees, and retail partners.The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving entertainment licensing environment. Strong communication and administrative excellence are essential.RESPONSIBLITIES TO INCLUDEAccount & Team CoordinationOwn and circulate call agendas; capture and distribute actionable notes.Maintain and update internal trackers, including:Licensee, deal, and retail trackersKey wins summary (monthly)Target lists for business development teamsManage the team calendar, coordinate internal and client meetings, and support cross-regional collaboration.Licensee Management & Programme AdministrationHandle operational processes including:MyMediabox platform management and contract entryForecast tracking and consolidationLine list managementManufacturing Agreement processingNDA and Customs Letter processingContractual process follow-up and status reportingSupport ongoing licensee engagement and coordination across all categories.Manage and update licensee information in Excel and visual formats (e.g., charts, overviews).Business Development & Retail SupportAssist in the creation and updating of brand and client materials such as pitch decks, one-sheets, newsletters, and presentations.Coordinate award nomination submissions and support promotional opportun ties.Support tradeshow planning, organisation, and follow-up deliverables.Manage post-activation reporting with retail partners, ensuring timely delivery of KPIs, imagery, and performance summaries.Client Liaison & Creative Process SupportOrganise monthly creative calls with the client, including agenda preparation, tracker management, and status reporting.Coordinate announcements relating to trend pack releases and new style guide updates.Upload new style guides, assets, and documentation to CAA SharePoint and ensure internal teams andlicensees have correct access.Support creative approvals and asset management across licensees and categories.Qualification/ RequirementsA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.A positive, solutions-focused approach with strong ownership of tasks.Curiosity and willingness to learn the complexities of brand management and licensing.Reliability, discretion, and a commitment to supporting the team and client at a high standard.Strong organisational and project-management skills with an ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication; confident liaising with clients and partners.High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and collaborative platforms (SharePoint, Teams, or equivalents).Detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable with administrative and process-heavy tasks.Please ensure you provide complete and legible information in your application.
