Venn Group are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join a leading housing group as their new Head of Corporate services. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and keen to secure a new exciting position apply now

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategic leadership, development, management and delivery of corporate services
  • Ensuring all cooperate services meet current and future needs of the business
  • Providing an excellent quality customer focused housing service to all tenants
  • Overseeing the IT and Business transformation, HR, Communications and Governance, Contract Management and Procurement functions to achieve Key Performance Objectives
  • Deputising for the Corporate Director when required
  • Building effective relationships with the council and other stakeholders
  • Managing the budgets
  • Developing a clear performance management framework

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant Post Graduate or Professional Qualifications
  • Proven track record of managing a corporate department
  • Experience negotiating and communicating with internal and external organisations
  • An understanding of relevant legislative, professional and policy issues facing the housing services
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
