Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Corporate Governance Lawyer with a strong track record in Legal Entity Management and Company Law to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an extension of our clients' In-House legal function, providing additional expertise on large-scale, complex projects.
  • Provide guidance on regulatory matters, including mergers, joint ventures, and collaborations, corporate restructuring, and corporate registrations and de-registrations.
  • Develop and implement governance reviews, constitutional changes, and governance and/or regulatory failings and investigations.
  • Provide ad-hoc advice on regulatory matters to housing and third sector organizations, alongside training and development of Boards and Executives.

Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in corporate governance, with a strong track record in Legal Entity Management and Company Law.
  • Strong understanding of company law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
