About the roleDS Smiths Retail Marketing division is the UKs leading 3D POS business partnering with top brands to create impactful in-store materials. We deliver award-winning POS by leveraging our world-class manufacturing expertise from paper mills to print presses and recycling plants.We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and Senior Account Manager to join our division. Youll work directly with one of the UKs leading FMCG brands delivering and executing campaigns from brief to production. Youll collaborate closely with our PMC partners and DS Smith production teams driving projects through the design process efficiently and learning the intricacies of a high-performing POS business.As an Senior Account Manager you will be pivotal in growing a key contracted client by driving and managing their sales and overall value. Youll develop a strong commercial understanding to identify and boost value for all parties involved. A core part of your role will be to champion the clients values ensuring we deliver outstanding service that aligns perfectly with their needs working closely with your Account Director on strategic growth plans. Youll also take charge of managing special innovation projects that enhance the clients potential.Building strong professional and personal relationships with the client through regular interaction whether in person or remotely is crucial. Youll actively collaborate with both the client and our internal departments to ensure continually improving service levels.
