About the roleDS Smiths Retail Marketing division is the UKs leading 3D POS business partnering with top brands to create impactful in-store materials. We deliver award-winning POS by leveraging our world-class manufacturing expertise from paper mills to print presses and recycling plants.Are you an experienced Account Manager or an ambitious Senior Account Executive ready to take the next step in your career We have a fabulous opportunity for a dynamic and reliable individual to join our team as a Account Manager managing the full project lifecycle from design to delivery.As the Account Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of 3D POS and FSDU campaigns. Youll take design briefs directly from clients interpreting them into actionable instructions for our in-house creative and production teams.A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects will be the key to success in this role from creating critical paths and overseeing multiple projects to ensure we meet all deadlines. You will be the main point of contact for the client keeping them informed of progress while also building strong relationships with our internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery.As part of the end-to end life cycle process you will take care of all the crucial briefing and administration from issuing internal briefs to obtaining all necessary project documentation and purchase orders. Youll also be a proactive problem-solver managing client requests and change requests to ensure minimal impact on project costs and timelines.About youExperience in POS and/or FSDU account management in an FMCG environmentExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace and to strict deadlinesExcellent communication skills both written and verbal and a natural ability to build strong trusting relationships with clients and internal teamsMeticulous attention to detail to ensure all project documentation is accurate and all work is delivered to a high standardA good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and TeamsLocation: This is a full time home-based role with travel to our customers (West London) and our Operations site (Ely) as required.About usWe are DS Smith together with International Paper we are a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions and other fibre-based believe a better more sustainable tomorrow is possible with the right people who challenge and support one another to enact positive change.
