Key Duties:

  • Provide excellent administration support across various teams within the business.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to all calls, enquiries, and correspondence from external introducers.
  • Maintain relationships with external introducers and maximise the business opportunities from these relationships.
  • Extracting information and reporting from an in-house CRM system, updating and collating information across multiple departments

Ideal candidate:

  • Intermediate IT skills, Excel and Word are essential.
  • Knowledge of CRM advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
